Collective Bargaining Success
Our Union made great progress in improving working conditions during the 2025-2028 contract negotiating process. Thanks to the collective support of graduate employees, we achieved many of our bargaining objectives.
Increase Salary
Salary increases over three years, ending at $25,075
No Pay Gap
Eliminated the pay gap between disciplines without lowering salaries.​
